What We Offer
Survey
EVIA will begin the process by conducting a full site assessment to capture all relevant information to deliver the optimal E-mobility solution. This information can include but is not limited to photographs, preliminary site sketches, utility information, and site conditions.
Design
After the survey is completed, our design team will draft site and electrical layout drawings. These drawings will outline the plan and scope of the project. The length of this phase is dependent on revisions and approvals of the designs as changes may be necessary to provide the best results.
Permit
This is the first step of the pre-construction phase of the build. Requirements vary depending on location, EVIA Solutions will utilize the drawings that were approved during the design phase and apply for all required local, state and utility permits. All permitting is completed in-house to ensure a seamless transition in preparation for installation.
Build
Construction phase begins – once permits are approved and issued, materials can be ordered, and construction dates set. EVIA Solutions and its professional team of electricians offer the site host a worry-free installation with skilled teams providing all civil, electrical and restoration work.
Commission
Construction is complete, and all equipment is turned on and tested for proper operation. EVIA Solutions’ installation team will document the status of equipment through checklists and photographs which will also ensure all warranties will be properly validated.
Own
Through a lease agreement EVIA Solutions assumes ‘ownership’ of the charging stations, selling kWh (kilowatt hours) at market rate to the consumer during the charging process.
Operate
EVIA Solutions’ NO UPFRONT COST Owner/Operate model allows the site host a worry-free solution for their consumer needs. As the Owner/Operator, EVIA Solutions takes care of all service and maintenance needs for the duration of the agreement. EVIA’s solution may also include cyber security and convenient payment processing options.
